Terms and Conditions
Marcoola Beach Resort
All bookings are subject to the guest(s) acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:
Check In Time - 2:00 pm
Check Out Time - 10:00 am
LATE ARRIVALS
Guests are required to call in advance to arrange arrivals after 5pm.
EARLY DEPARTURES
Guests are required to make arrangements regarding the settlement of accounts and key drop off, for departures earlier than 9am. No refunds will be given for departures prior to the booked date of departure.
PAYMENTS
Accommodation charges must be paid in full upon check in or before the occupancy commences.
We accept Electronic Funds Transfers, Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
On arrival, a $200 damage deposit will be taken on Credit Card provided for and will be refunded within 7 days after checking out.

LOW SEASON & School Holiday Season
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night after reservation.
- We accept prepayment by: Credit card.
HIGH SEASON
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.
- We accept prepayment by: Credit card

CANCELLATION POLICY
LOW SEASON & School Holiday Season
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
- If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price.
HIGH SEASON
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price.
TARIFFS
Tariffs are subject to change without notice, INCLUDING SPECIALS. When the receipt of a deposit has confirmed a booking the quoted tariff will be honoured. Tariffs quoted include a specific number of guests for each room type. Extra guest charges will apply.
APARTMENT BOOKINGS
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure specifically requested apartments, we cannot guarantee changes will not occur, due to the nature of the industry.
CAR PARKING
One secure undercover car park is provided for each apartment. Additional vehicles can be parked in the visitors car parking space or on the road adjacent to the complex.
NOISE
Marcoola Beach Resort aims to provide its guests with a peaceful and relaxing stay. As outlined in the Body Corporate By-Laws, any guest refusing to comply with behaviour and noise standards risks immediate termination of their tenancy by Management.
We understand life has its uncertainties and last minute cancellations will occur. We are unable to be held responsible for loss of income to unit owners and therefore recommend you take out travel insurance.
