Marcoola Beach located midway on the Sunshine Coast is a hidden gem treasured by locals and visitors alike. Beautiful stretches of uncrowded beaches and serene environs offer a break from the hustle and bustle whilst only being a short drive away from the famous Noosa and Mooloolaba precincts.

Marcoola Beach Resort is one of only a handful of holiday accommodation providers from Noosa to Mooloolaba located directly on the beach. The resort offers extensive recreational facilities including a large heated pool, heated spa, sauna, air-conditioned gym, half size basketball court, full size tennis court, and covered BBQ areas. All amenities are located on the ocean side of our six acre complex away from any road noise and idyllically spread amongst our immaculately manicured gardens with plenty of grassy areas for picnics or children to run around.

All of our fully self-contained two and three bedroom holiday apartments are generous in size comprising spacious bedrooms, separate living and dining areas, a full size kitchen, laundry, ensuite, main bathroom with bathtub and large balcony facing the beach.

Enjoy refreshing ocean breezes while you relax with a drink on your private balcony or stroll along the patrolled beach directly in front of you, NO ROAD to cross and no crowds to slow you down. For those who like to be more active play a game of tennis before winding down for the day with a swim or sauna.
